Basic Function As a PAD engineer you are responsible for developing, improving and driving implementation of new products (masterbatches/compounds) or improving and maintaining existing products that meet the needs of the customer (internal and external). The work activities are performed according to business strategy & needs. Within your own responsibilities you have a European and global impact on our business.  Roles & Responsibilities Develop, improve and implement new and existing masterbatch products that fulfill the requirements of the market needs according the business strategy within a set timeframe. Responsible as a project manager for the full product development taking into consideration set targets considering all regulatory aspects (food contact, REACH,…), safety, cost aspect, assessing IP as well as processability.
