En tant que Digital Channel Manager, vous assumez les tâches suivantes : Améliorer chaque jour notre site web pour nos clients B2B et B2C (roadmap) Elaborer des customer journeys efficaces et conviviaux Suivre les tendances en matière de marketing numérique Gérer le contenu, les objectifs, la planification et le budget de nos campagnes en ligne (SEA, médias sociaux) en collaboration avec notre partenaire externe. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département numérique en Allemagne pour le site web, nos analytics et adwords. Suivre le budget des campagnes online (Google Analytics) et en rapporter au Marketing Manager. Pensez et construire de manière proactive nos campagnes commerciales. Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français ou néerlandais Vous pouvez vous exprimer couramment dans l'autre langue et vous vous sentez à l'aise en anglais. Vous suivez les best practices en matière de customer journeys. Vous pouvez élaborer un plan à long terme avec des milestones clairs et vous voyez comment toutes les pièces du puzzle peuvent mener au résultat souhaité. Vous avez déjà une solide expérience des campagnes publicitaires et vous vous sentez suffisamment sûr de vous pour y travailler avec des partenaires externes. Le marketing des médias sociaux est un domaine dans lequel vous avez déjà fait vos premiers pas. Vous pouvez travailler avec Google Analytics et développer des rapports.
