You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulations and support the organisations goals. * Partner with managers to address employee relations issues effectively and proactively, fostering a culture of respect, fairness, and open communication. * Lead recruitment efforts by developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and providing input on candidate selection. * Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and performance improvement. * Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights, and recommend proactive solutions to address areas for improvement.Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. * Experienced with laws and legislations in the Flemish Region * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. * Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) * Confident using Microsoft Office tools
