Initiate and coordinate the end-of-life process for products with all relevant stakeholders.  Proactively assess and mitigate risks associated team activities. Team Leadership: Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture within the Global Solutions team by collaborating closely with peers, encouraging open, trustful, and transparent communication, thereby cultivating a professional, innovative, and fun environment. Ensure close collaboration and consistent communication within the department and with all stakeholders within the TOMRA Food organisation. Qualifications About You: Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. 10+ years' experience in product management, business development or project management with a technology background.  An industry background with B2B experience, with experience in the food industry being a plus. Proven people leadership skills with a focus on team development. Deep understanding of product management methodologies. Passion for solving customer problems, with experience conducting analysis using various methodologies deriving insights from data.  Proficiency in commercial analysis and business case development. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, along with informal networks.  Strong coaching aptitude in product management tasks and methods.
