Wil je werkzekerheid? Lees dan verder!Want onze klant heeft een huisgemaakte software die gebruikt wordt in de medische sector. Hierdoor blijven ze steeds actief (ook tijdens corona!). Om goede service te kunnen aanbieden, gaan ze op zoek naar een support engineer die zowel de taken van first, second en 3rd line kunnen uitvoeren! De klant stelt zich heel flexibel op en vindt de welzijn van de werknemers heel belangrijk! Je komt terecht in een team van 4 IT’ers. Takenpakket•Je biedt support aan de klanten op first en second line niveau. Dit houdt in dat je samen met je collega eerste contactpunt bent voor vragen van klanten en de complexere problemen zelf oplost. Problemen kunnen betreffen over servers, netwerken, hardware, maar ook over codering (in .NET).•Problemen in hun huisgemaakte softwarepakket probeer jij te ontmaskeren, zodat je deze kan doorgeven aan je development collega’s.•Verder ben je bereid om ook ter plaatse problemen te gaan oplossen en de nodige zaken te installeren (zoals bv database server, software, …) wanneer nodig (max 20% van je tijd).•Af en toe zal je ook trainingen geven aan de klanten (hiervoor heb je documentatie nodig, die jij ook opstelt).Profiel•Je behaalde een bachelor en hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring of kan meerdere jaren ervaring weerleggen in een support functie.•Goede kennis van Windows server, hardware, SQL (database).
