OPDRACHT Als lid van ons team van specialisten in laboratoriumtoepassingssystemen (LIS) heeft de IT-specialist de volgende taken: De uitvoering van alle nodige IT-taken op het vlak van 'infrastructuur' coördineren om de werking van onze laboratoriumsystemen te ondersteunen (LIS, apparatuur, reporting), in samenwerking met de IT-diensten van onze partnerziekenhuizen. Samen met de centrale IT-helpdesk (ziekenhuis) het beheer en de oplossing van incidenten analyseren en zelf helpen bij het oplossen van incidenten. De LIS-specialist (IT) van het laboratorium werkt samen met de IT-verantwoordelijke van het laboratorium van het LHUB-ULB en zijn team aan het operationele beheer van de IT-systemen in het laboratorium, alsook aan transformatieprojecten. Dit omvat: actief meewerken aan de aansluiting van apparatuur en middleware op het IT-systeem van de laboratoria (LIS), in samenwerking met de IT-systeemtechnici van onze partnerziekenhuizen en externe leveranciers; actief meewerken aan het onderhoud van de IT-systemen van het laboratorium; actief meewerken aan het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten; actief meewerken aan IT-transformatieprojecten; administratief beheer van de IT-systemen in de laboratoria; onderzoeken op welke vlakken de gebruikers IT-ondersteuning nodig hebben en hen indien nodig doorverwijzen naar de betreffende dienst(en); advies en ondersteuning over de IT-systemen van het laboratorium bieden aan de interne diensten; de organisatie- en kwaliteitsprocedures formaliseren; de IT-teams van de betrokken sites coördineren (naleving van de ondersteunings-SLA's, beheer van infrastructuurprojecten, telefonie, helpdesk, ¿) via regelmatige opvolgingsvergaderingen. Profil Zakelijke vaardigheden ¿ knowhow: Vaardigheden op het vlak van informatica: analyse en ontwikkeling, programmeertalen, organisatie en methodes, projectbeheer, besturingssystemen, systemen voor database management en reporting, telecommunicatie, kantoortechnologie. Kennis van GLIMS (van het bedrijf MIPS) is een pluspunt. Ervaring in de gezondheids-/laboratoriumsector is een pluspunt. U hebt ervaring met de communicatiestandaarden in de gezondheidssector (zoals HL7). U hebt ervaring met het implementeren van reportingoplossingen. Vaardigheden ¿ knowhow: U hebt een uitstekend gevoel voor organisatie en verantwoordelijkheid. U bent resultaatgericht.
