Division: CISO The Role The IT Risk Education and Culture specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing risk culture and awareness programme. As an IT risk Champion, you will support the risk transformation within IT and be responsible for driving the Risk culture and the control maturity of the division. Effectively communicates call progress and ensures all diagnostic information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis. Assists Users in making more effective use of systems, products and services, making initial diagnosis of issues and giving clear and concise advice on known solutions where applicable.
