The Challenge You will go in search of user needs by means of interviews & observations as a consultant. You will analyse and define what should be designed. Afterwards you will combine these insights with your creativity and focus on the solution.You are a passionate designer. You care about a good User Interface Experience & performance is your major concern. You put the Customer Experience first and have attention to detail. When needed, you are not shy of extending the back-end to incorporate your ideas. You are eager to learn and bring creative solutions to the table. Profil Is this you? You have confidence in your own ideas. · You are empathic, what mean you are successful in bringing disciplines together. · You are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working closely with colleagues. · You take both the responsibility and initiative to continuously improve solutions and processes. · Dutch/English · You have a related background such as UI, UX, product designer, graphic designer, interaction designer, information architect, ¿ or reached an equivalent level of expertise by experience. · You like the process of constantly finding problems and creating solutions for them, individually or in team to beat tight deadlines. · You are familiar with UI principles and creative UX process. · You have knowledge of the latest web design tools. · You are able to quickly master new frameworks and programming languages. · You embrace the concept of Web Components.
