SAP Supply Chain Planning Consultant
delaware belux, Kortrijk, Flanders
What will you be doing as SAP Supply Chain Planning consultant? Ready to buckle up? You’ll have a very diverse list of things to do, if you ask us: Do you like to track projects from start to finish and see them evolve from theory into practice? Then you’ve come to the right place. You are involved from analysis, blueprinting, customizing, documentation and training, up until the ‘go live’ and support . Just to give you an idea, most of our projects take about 10 months. That’s the amount of time you’ll need to translate what the business needs into a reliable and future-proof system. As a PP consultant, you keep the helicopter view over all processes of your customers , ranging from more tactical S&OP processes and operational MII processes, planning and production processes, to sales, procurement and finance processes. Your challenge? Coming up with a solution that joins the dots – read: one that is more than purely PP – and which allows your customers to make decisions for the future based on accurate data. Are you willing to make our product offering ready for the future as well? We always work closely with our customers. You’ll often find us working on location. Perfect! Do you also know your way around in SAP MM, SD, BI or one of the other S&OP-related modules? If so, keep on reading! You don’t have that specific SAP knowledge but you know a thing or two – well, actually, a lot more – about other planning software in an ERP context, such as AS400? Or do you have (many) more years’ experience than what we mention above? Then please reach out to us, you are most welcome too. Preferably you have already been involved in the actual implementation of an ERP system . Are you an IT business analyst focusing on planning and production? Well, that’s something that will come in handy for this role. Can you – thanks to your experience in the field – quickly find the weak links in existing business processes ? That’s great. Your insights from a business perspective will really make the difference in our team. Can you strip technical IT messages down to their essence and turn them into contemporary business language ? Will you be able to explain everything to end-users too? Then you are the excellent communicator we are looking for. Are you fluent in Dutch or French and do you get your messages across loud and clear in English too?  Were you able to answer “yes” to most of the questions above? Then we would suggest meeting up for a cup of coffee or tea and have an informal chat to get to know each other.  delaware firmly commits to creating an inclusive work environment that empowers all. Not until being a teenager, I learned to play the guitar, but I soon went full on. Wasted Years by Iron Maiden would be the perfect soundtrack for my journey. The title is misleading: it's about looking at the future and persevere in life. That is also very important in my job as a project manager. I enjoy making progress at a project and working together with a variation of teams to achieve it.” “I actually studied Applied Linguistics, but teaching or translating was not something that appealed to me. Fortunately, good communication is necessary in every company. During my first job, I ended up playing a team leader role and it suited me to manage different teams. I am taking part in meetings most of the day. We work on solutions, both in the technical and business department.” “Tobania is young at heart and that appeals to me. At the same time, Tobania has a critical attitude, also towards its own operation methods. HR chooses to conduct a practical and concrete policy, which I really like." Jef Van De Weghe, Project Manager at Tobania A passion for solutions “Being solution-oriented is one of my core values. As a Business Support Consultant at ING, I propose effective solutions to the bank customers. They call or mail us with a large variation of help requests. I like to offer them answers in the long run: no temporary arrangements. It is like working on my car: temporarily solving coolant problems only makes the situation worse.” “Being a Business Support Officer, I sometimes face challenges: I love it, though I am always willing to help people: whether they are friends, colleagues or customers. Yet, the great thing about working at Tobania is that there is a balance between my work and private life. I always get the change to go for a walk with my two dogs after work: this is the best way to stand back and recharge. Because of balance, my enthusiasm often stands out at work. Every day again” “I don't like being treated like a number: humanity is an important value in my life, and therefore also in my career. At Tobania, I will get the chance to work outside-of-the-box. All possibilities for the future are still open. Isn't it nice to be that flexible and dynamic? I got quite a passion for IT. In the nineties, we had an old Windows 95at home: I spent hours on it. Maybe, I will make the switch to Tobania.Testing in the future?” Nicolas Van Anderlecht, Business Support Officer at Tobania The best version of yourself. “I heard about Tobania through the grapevine. At the time, I was looking for an open-minded company where I would feel at home. Even though I work as a testing consultant on location, I always get a warm welcome at the head office in Strombeek. We regularly meet up with the other consultants at the many events that are organised: an open bar with silent disco, team buildings,… It’s nice to exchange experiences with the other Tobians, although we work at compagnies all over Belgium.” “Being a junior, you mainly want to gain experience and educate yourself further. I wanted to become a teacher for a long time so counselling is very important to me. As a junior at Tobania, we all have a coach who helps us to find our own way and who listens to how we feel. If you deviate a little bit too much from the right path, he will send you back in the right direction. I also appreciate the opportunity to follow training on a variety of interesting topics.” “Your career path often makes detours. Maybe even a U-turn? The opportunity to develop yourself is something I wish everyone could get. For example, I studied business management & marketing, but during my first jobs I found out it was less interesting to me. Testing and analysis are really the fields where I excel. My current project at IMEC is the ideal combination of both." Gaëlle Laurent, Test Specialist at Tobania Tobania is a dynamic and fast-growing 100% Belgian company. We present ourselves as a Business & Technology Consulting partner for private businesses and governments who want advice, expertise, services and solutions to successfully execute their digital transformation process.

Instead, they are bridge builders who are quick to span the gaps between different IT systems. They feel right at home in any business environment and ensure that both existing and new systems and teams are connected together seamlessly. Whether you’re working with the CFO, the COO, the HR department or delaware’s own project teams, you’re always a pillar of support and a valuable sparring partner for everyone. So are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, like a real-life Bob the (Bridge) Builder? What will you be doing as a SAP Integration consultant? What does the role entail? The motto “Connecting people & systems” is the common thread running through all your projects. You establish links between different technologies and systems and make sure that all the pieces of the jigsaw fit together perfectly. Above all, you take a process-based approach and have a healthy interest in IT. With your astute, analytical insight you identify potential improvements before other people have even thought of looking for them. You stand firm in your role and offer resolute advice with confidence. Thanks to your clear explanations, you get everyone pulling in the same direction while never losing sight of the relevance of your advice for the business. Your enthusiasm is infectious and spreads easily to the other members of the project team. That enthusiasm also comes in handy when you’re drafted in to convince customers that working with us is the right – and best – decision. If you enjoy programming then we have some disappointing news for you, but as an alternative outlet for your creativity you can do plenty of configuration work in a graphic mapping environment We have more than 27 team members, which makes us one of the biggest teams in Europe and enables us to draw on unrivalled knowledge of SAP in our projects. Hence, delaware can justifiably call itself the undisputed market leader in SAP integration . By the way, did you know that our own ERP system was co-created with SAP? Each and every team member contributes to the success of our customers. Your colleagues are a close-knit team made up of a mix of rookies and seasoned professionals, with local as well as international backgrounds. By combining their many years of experience with fresh, new perspectives, your team members make a real difference in all their projects. Needless to say, you stand to learn a lot from your direct colleagues. Do you have what it takes to become a delaware SAP integration consultant? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in SAP PI/PO ? Can you navigate your way through SOAP, FTP, HTTP(S), IDOC, EAI and SFTP without a hitch? And can you sail a steady course in XML ? If so, that all counts in your favor. Are you also keen to play a role in a dynamic and international team? Can you get the message across clearly and concisely ? Are you skilled at gradually distilling processes down to their essence, without ever forgetting the customer’s interest? If this sounds like you, let us know! Can you communicate fluently in French or Dutch  as well as English ? Do our company values appeal to you? We take care of our employees and customers, we are committed, enterprising and respectful, and we do everything based on a sense of positive team spirit. If so, you should definitely come and see us! We can get to know each other better over a cup of tea or coffee.
SAP Supply Chain Planning Consultant
Delaware, Kortrijk, Flanders
SAP Supply Chain Planning Consultant With digital innovation happening at the speed of light, our customers need information on planning, production, finance, procurement and sales at their fingertips. It’s the only way that they can adapt quickly and stay ahead of the pack . But we know from experience that it takes more than just tools and technologies to make your supply chain fit as a fiddle.  With our team of almost 40 people focusing only on finding the weakest links in the supply chain systems and processes of our customers – and coming up the right solutions, we’re the leading ERP expert on the Belgian market. Our customers like us because our consultants are more than PP consultants. They are supply chain consultants who see the bigger picture and make everything ready for the next-generation ERP system. A system that turns on accurate data that allows end-clients to better anticipate. Are you the sharp mind our customers are looking for? And the best thing? You can always rely on the other SAP experts (think SD, MM, FI and CO) at delaware to help you do all of the above. Or one of the other 10-20 colleagues working on your project as well. You’re never on your own . You’ll gain insight into a broad range of manufacturing industries . Food? Check. Chemistry? Check. Life sciences and pharmaceuticals? Check. Engineering? Check. You name it, we have it. All aboard! We know that it takes time for businesses to adapt to new systems and processes. You’ll help us in explaining to all users involved that change is a good thing and helping them see all the perks of the new system. Being a bit of a whizz-kid who is always up to date with the latest trends and technologies, you’ll also see how the new ‘kids on the block’, like blockchain, IoT, AI and other innovative solutions, can play a role in optimizing all kinds of processes. Are you willing to make our product offering ready for the future as well? We always work closely with our customers. You’ll often find us working on location. But, of course, just as often you’ll meet team members in one of delaware’s own offices in Gent, Antwerpen, Kortrijk, Wavre or Lummen.  Having a great atmosphere within the team and doing things together as a team is just as important. That’s why we have regular team meetings and team events. It’s how we keep learning from each other and exchange experiences.  Do you have what it takes to become a delaware SAP Supply Chain Planning consultant?  Have you been working in SAP (PP, SCM, MII, APO/IBP), for at least two years ? A diverse workforce is the best guarantee for success for our employees, our customers and our partners. SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant
Delaware, Kortrijk, Flanders
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant How many companies can you think of where you are actually encouraged to walk around with your head in the clouds? Probably not many – but we’re one of them! The cloud is where our delaware SAP consultants feel right at home, and rightly so. Nevertheless, we also have our feet planted firmly on the ground (yes, our consultants are very tall). Our consultants guide the customer along every step of the growth path towards a truly smart and connected organization.  Do you want to be involved in a wide range of innovative SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects? Are you eager to help the customer see the many opportunities the cloud can bring? Interested in redefining their entire IT landscape? If yes, then you might want to keep on reading. What will you be doing as a delaware SAP Cloud Consultant ? As an SAP S/4HANA Cloud consultant, you’ll play a key role in the customer’s journey towards the cloud. On a day-to-day basis, this means that your job can go from being an enterprise architect, to acting as project manager, to successfully completing a pre-sales conversation. Never a dull moment, right? Your playing field ? End-to-end operational processes, like finance, supply chain, procurement, planning, sales and production processes. What a project usually looks like: Projects start by showing standard processes in a generic system. Here, you discuss the customer’s requirements. As soon as there is an agreement, the final solution will be built, mainly through parametrization. You will help the users get the most out of their new environment, by supporting them through the different phases of the implementation (testing, data migration, training) up until the go-live. Once live, you provide after-care support. Typically, most assignments fall between 4 – 8 months . Each project is as unique as the delaware team tasked to tackle it. What sets SAP S/4HANA cloud implementations apart is that, compared to classic SAP solutions (1) implementations can be done quickly ; (2) customers are mid-size companies, not large enterprises; (3) consultants can focus on a functiona l end-to-end setup instead of technical setup; and (4) cloud implementations follow a fit-to-standard approach. Today, we have offices in Gent, Antwerpen, Wavre, Kortrijk, Lummen and Luxemburg, but you will often be working onsite at our customers, wherever they are in Belgium. By the way, did we mention that delaware is Belgium’s biggest SAP implementation partner? Do you have what it takes to become a delaware SAP Cloud Consultant?  We would be delighted if you could identify with the majority of the following requirements:  Is being certified in a particular cloud platform an absolute must for a cloud consultant at delaware? Contrary to what the job title might suggest, not necessarily. The ideal candidate has over 3 years’ experience in implementing ERP solutions in a Supply Chain or Finance module. It goes without saying that experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a plus. You don’t have a consultancy or an IT background? That’s fine. Candidates who lack in depth technical know-how but make up for it with a good understanding of the business processes and a desire to work with technology are very welcome too. Let’s maximize our business acumen together.  Do you speak Tech? Great. But can you translate it? We need those who feel comfortable explaining ERP processes in business language . Are you familiar with the phrase ‘every cloud has a silver lining ’? In their journey towards the cloud, for the customer, that silver lining, is you. As a Cloud consultant you will guide the customer through the sometimes complex cloud migration process. Can you show flexibility in regard to your working location? (Our jobs can take us anywhere - from one of our offices to those of our clients).  Do you communicate fluently in Dutch or French, as well as English ?  And last but not least, do our company values appeal to you? We take care of our employees and customers, we are committed, enterprising and respectful, and we do everything based on a positive team spirit.
