Job Responsibilities1) Operational PurchasingTake all necessary actions to solve problems in the strategic procurement area related to claim handling, prices, contracts etc. supporting the Sub-Regional Procurement Director and the category directors.2) Vendor ManagementInteract with suppliers, for Belgium in scope, for the supply of (parts of) the assortment to be orderedEnsure the necessary supplier reports are available for the operational stakeholders (eg. data from energy suppliers)Consolidate suppliers (across sites within Belgium) where possible especially in operational categories such as MRO and PackagingRequest documentation, quotations, and samples if necessary and inform about delivery options. This program includes product, process development, pilot design and operation at Combustion Consulting Italy (CCI) at Cellino and Verona, intellectual property and handover to the Commercial and Operations organizations. Voornaamste taken De functie is verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en implementeren van veiligheidsrichtlijnen, het meewerken aan en begeleiden van projecten qua veiligheid, het uitvoeren en verifiëren van veiligheidsstudies met als doel bij te dragen tot een veilige werking van de organisatie. Je werkt mee aan de coördinatie en sturing van het veiligheidsbeleid, het uitvoeren van veiligheidsstudies, coördinatie van de risicoanalyses en het in stand houden en verder ontwikkelen van de veiligheidsaspecten binnen het zorgsysteem. Als veiligheidsingenieur werk je mee aan het opstellen, onderbouwen en verdedigen van de nucleaire vergunningsdossiers bij Belgoprocess. Je staat in voor het organiseren en uitvoeren van de periodieke veiligheidsherzieningen, stress tests of andere projecten in het kader van licensing en volgt de eventueel hieruit resulterende actieplannen op. Je evalueert en werkt zelf veiligheidsstudies uit, bv. in het kader van vergunningsdossiers, projecten en veiligheidsrapporten.
