Jobinhoud 1.Het monitoren van wettelijke eisen rond veiligheid en milieu, zodat de Oevel vestiging voldoet aan de Belgische en Europese regelgeving en Lubrizol eisen, waaronder : monitoren van alle verplichte controles door gecertificeerde organen, up-to-date houden van veranderende wetgeving en adviseren hieromtrent, opvolgen van inspecties en audits uitgevoerd door de bevoegde autoriteiten en Lubrizol, wettelijke rapporteringen. 2. Implementeren van plant procedures in overeenstemming met de Lubrizol policy en standaarden. Het documenteren van een Veiligheids en Gezondheids systeem en het opzetten van een monitoringsprogramma met KPI’s die de prestaties reflecteren. 3. Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van programma's die de Veiligheid en Gezondheid prestaties van de vestiging bewaken en verbeteren, waaronder : Opzetten van een intern audit programma voor veiligheid en milieu (conform ISO 14001), ontwikkelen en beheren van opleidingsprogramma's. Implementeren van procesgevaren analyse programma’s (MOC, HAZOP, MIP, industriële hygiëne Monitoring) 4. Ondersteuning geven bij projecten zodat er bij de scope definitie rekening kan gehouden worden met Veiligheid en Gezondheids aspecten 5.
