On the one hand, we produce integrated skins for flaps and stabilizers using two automatic tape-layers and very large autoclaves and of course, our colleagues’ extended know-how. In cooperation with the Engineering office in Brussels, SABCA Limburg is also responsible for the flap track fairings of several aircraft. On the other hand, the Space industry is also present in this plant with the final system integration of Ariane and Vega assemblies. Mission: You are part of the maintenance team, where you must do everything necessary to ensure the reliability and optimization of the maintenance plan for the machinery and production equipment. Tasks: • Developing maintenance plans (sequences, spare parts, strategy for external contractual support...) • Maintaining these maintenance plans (derived from corrective, preventive, aging, evolution of load conditions...) • Providing technical support for preventive and predictive maintenance. • Providing methodological support to technicians in complex interventions aimed at making and ensuring reliability objectives. • Responsible for managing the maintenance management system (SAP PM): entering machines, sub-machines, checking work order reporting, etc. • Developing and improving maintenance methods. • Participating in the update and creation of maintenance standards. • Taking the lead in complex problems and supporting maintenance technicians. • Daring to take initiative in solving problems with the aging parts of the machinery and HVAC, which have limited to no external support (Lummen). • Analyzing faults and proposing and developing improvement actions. • Sharing and supporting best practices at various SABCA sites. • Collaborating with team leaders to lead major retrofit projects for industrial equipment. • Leading groups for continuous improvement. • Management of varied technical documentation: plans, diagrams. • External relations with certain suppliers, manufacturers. • Collaborating and taking responsibilities at their level regarding the EN quality standard and the ISO environmental standard. Mission: As a technician in our production environment at SABCA Limburg, you contribute, under the supervision of the team leader, to performing repairs on both small and large production machines, while also being responsible for preventive maintenance and analyzing problems. All of this is done in accordance with strict safety standards.  Tasks  Under the responsibility of the team leader, you will carry out repairs on production machines of various sizes. You ensure preventive maintenance of the machines. You perform various mechanical and electrical repairs. You analyse the cause of breakdowns with the aim of optimizing machine usage. Mission You are the internal focal point for all quality related matters affecting the program in which you participate. You are part of the program teams and you work in close collaboration with your team. You also work in close collaboration with the supplier, the system quality team as well as with operations. Responsibilities You monitor the quality performance of the programs in which you participate. You ensure the interface with the customer for all quality related topics: progress, inquiries, complaints, etc... You manage internal, external and supplier non-conformities relating to your program: treatment of non-conforming products, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions. You conduct risk analysis on products and manufacturing processes. You organize and ensure customer audits and product audits. You elaborate and/or manage quality documentation specific to the program You contribute to continuous improvement projects Your profile You obtained a Master degree in engineering, mechanics, materials science, chemistry or equivalent.
