Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for sustainable top-line growth, KPI’d in Annual Contract Value Gross Profit, across the clustered countries Overall Cloud Go-To-Market strategy for assigned the cluster including coordination of marketing resources and campaigns Sales management of all Client Partners Assignment of targets and sales territories Creation of channels to market for the cluster of country including the NTT sales teams, partner channels and marketing led Effective interworking with the EU pre-sales team and leadership for the execution of winning business Execution and governance of sales pipeline and tracking in Salesforce.com and other tools including weekly pipeline updates Direct selling - leverage depth of relevant market/industry connections to interface directly with CIOs / CTOs and other non-technical Leaders. Foster excellent C-suite / Senior stakeholder relationships with new potential clients to NTT Ltd through fully understanding the client and the industry in which they operate. Access new markets, both from within an allocated geographical territory and from an industry perspective. Help the team craft all commercial constructs, helping negotiate and construct complex, multi-year deals to ensure win/win solutions for both the client and NTT Oversee the end-to-end scope of the client project and bring in the relevant NTT Data stakeholders at the right point of the conversation to close the deal. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Multi-language capabilities Proven sales leadership experience within the Belgian, Dutch, French and Luxembourg markets Excellent leadership skills and ability to think at a tactical strategy level. Has executive presence; is a highly seasoned sales leader and able to engage and build relationships with any audience internally or externally Has a client centricity and a solution-based sales mindset. Key business financial skills. Demonstrable ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis and manage the budget of a team. Strong business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and political savvy Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, are innovative, and have a formidable client orientation aptitude Resourceful and confidently handles pressure in critical situations, ensuring at all times that client requirements are met Have knowledge in the services industry, service delivery models, process improvements, consumption models and all CSD portfolio offers. Has a depth of relevant connections and the background connections and ability to interface directly with both CIOs / CTOs and non-technical Leaders.
