Functie Als Business Partner IT Solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goed SAP en CRM gebruik en een gepaste verdere ERP & gelinkte technologieontwikkeling om de bedrijfsprocessen toekomstgericht te ondersteunen. Inventariseren en (pré-)analyseren van de behoeften, eisen en wensen van de gebruikers alsook mogelijkheden en beperkingen analyseren, en hiervoor waar nodig beroep doen op ervaring en kennis van (interne/externe) functioneel analisten, IT-consultants en/of systeembeheerders. Omzetten van behoeften, eisen en wensen in functionele IT-specificaties binnen systemen en applicaties in lijn met de bedrijfs- en ICT-strategie en deze door vertalen in briefings aan (interne/externe) stakeholders. Initiëren en voorbereiden van de Change Advisory Board, waarin je o.a. change requests, mogelijke optimalisaties, … voorlegt, toelicht en bespreekt, in termen van scope, budget en timing voor het oplossen van informatiebehoeften om zodoende innovaties en (proces)verbeteringen maximaal te stimuleren. Initiëren, uittekenen, coördineren en implementeren van projecten in lijn met de goedgekeurde change requests en de daarop gebaseerde CRM/ERP/SAP roadmap en jaaractieplan. Aanvullend ook aansturen, opvolgen, finetunen en bijsturen van de implementatie (project)werkzaamheden door (interne/externe) application officer(s) en/of consultants. Beheren van de CRM/ERP/SAP service delivery activiteiten, o.a. eerste contact voor externe service delivery manager, monitoren van vastgelegde service delivery levels, optreden als 1ste interne escalatieniveau bij o.a. conflicterende prioriteiten, … Beheren, coördineren en borgen van een correcte integratie/interfacing van alle bedrijfsoverkoepelende systemen. Verzorgen van de communicatie met de business en het aanleveren van relevante rapportering naar leidinggevenden en business. Beheren en coördineren van het master data management binnen de organisatie, daarbij borgstaand voor de kwaliteit van alle masterdata. Op de hoogte blijven van en onderzoeken van relevante en nieuwe interne/externe ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied, bestuderen van de (systeemtechnische) impact van nieuwe toepassingen, producten, technieken, werkmethodes en/of technologieën op de bestaande organisatie, in lijn met de IT-strategie en de evoluties in het vakgebied. Je hebt de hiërarchische leiding over het master data team en hebt de functionele leiding over een cross functioneel team van business process analysten. Je rapporteert aan de Business Process Office manager.
