In order to reinforce our team in Tienen , we are looking for a (m/f) Project manager packaging (EN) - Tienen How do you make the packaging at our sugar factories more user- and environmentally-friendly, and the packaging lines more efficient and more automated? That will be the brainteaser you face when starting work as Packaging Project Manager. You will have to familiarise yourself with packaging equipment and packaging processes as well as roll out new investment projects. Are you an engineer with at least 5 years’ experience of packing system project management, and will your motivation stick? Then you might consider joining our sugar family . Your assignment Every year 2 billion sugar lumps roll off the production line at Raffinerie Tirlemontoise. We keep investing in the expansion, optimisation and modernisation of our packaging lines. As project manager, you will manage those investment projects from start to finish: You will prepare the project plan ( budget, resources and planning) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders You will manage projects from beginning to end, you will monitor progress and coordinate the activities of all project team members and you will adjust the project plan when necessary You will hand over the project to line management, provide continued support for the involved stakeholders and ensure reporting about executed projects You will build expertise about all concerned packaging equipment, train personnel responsible for the equipment and share relevant information and knowledge in the organisation.
