Field Operations Installation team – Work and Design Mission Objectives Execution of equipment installation on board, delivery of the installation report, participation to handover meeting with T&C Measurement Quality of installation activities (Number of Punch Points). Productivity as per reference Library. Issue of installation report on time and delivery to T&C team via dedicated meeting. Responsibilities The Installation technician will assume all worker responsibilities as such: Execution of specific installation activities according to the design documentation, method statements, PIT and PrFOM instructions. Compliance with EHS procedures, maintain PSS, makes sure collective and individual protections are in place, and alerts the PrFOM whenever any deviation to EHS rules or EHS risk is identified. Performs activities with quality – No deviation versus drawings and method statement = No punch point Reports and alerts the hieratical superior if any risk, difficulties or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact the safety, the quality and/or the performance of the work. Doelstelling For one of our clients, TORMANS is looking for a process Engineer for pharmaceutical sites. Voornaamste taken * As a Process Engineer you will support our project managers for the engineering, design and execution supervision Clean utilities distribution systems, Clean utilities generation equipment, Autoclaves, Part washers and Process equipment (sterile vessels, bioreactors, centrifuge systems, UF systems, ...) including CIP and SIP.* It is your task to evaluate the different alternatives for these systems and the equipment. You will specify the most approriate systems and equipment for the user requirements, propose the process flow diagrams (PFD) and the process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's) and make the capacity calculations.* You will develop the functionality (descriptive note and functional specification), the interconnection diagrams and specify the appropriate instruments and regulation loops. You will assist in completing alarm lists, datasheets and other detailed design documents. Reviewing alarm settings will also be part of your responsibilities.* You will lead a design team to produce the 3-D model, piping layouts, views and isometrics for construction. Technicien batch record (BR)  Assurer que les documents faisant partie du dossier de lot sont remplis selon les règles cGMP et que les documents attendus sont effectivement placés dans le batch record  Libération des charges sur base de la liste d’expédition journalière.  Assurer l’envoi des documents vers les clients et pouvoir leur fournir une réponse complète en cas de questions.  Assurer les suivis des libérations des lots pharmaceutiques avec le pharmacien responsable.  Gestion des retours clients par rapport aux rapports de dommages  Gestion du flux documentaire lié aux dossiers de lots ainsi que leur archivage  Suivi journaliers des factures liées aux libérations des charges. Technicien contrôle qualité  Rédiger les rapports de déficiences et rapports d’alerte.  Assister le Quality Supervisor pour la rédaction et la gestion des non-conformités. Participer éventuellement à la recherche des causes.  Libération des drums de gaz ETO et azote pour utilisation en production Objectifs liés au poste :  Maintien du flux batch record : liste d’expédition à jour, BR rangés, liste d’expédition du jour suivant préparée Contrôle qualité sur le Batch record : complet, ordonné, structuré - Développer des indicateurs de performance pour le suivi des Batch record : relever les manques, les quantifier et suivre un plan d’action.  Faire un reporting mensuel sur le niveau d’excellence du Batch record
