Join us as Cost Analyst and be a part of the team that values excellence and innovation! What You'll Do: Month-End Closing: Assist in the month-end closing process using our main ERP system, SAP. Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting aligned with the divisional calendar. Collaborate with plant management to provide insightful reporting, fostering a deeper understanding of business performance. Initiate projects to automate and streamline reporting processes. Manage Indirect Plant Costs & Overheads: Handle periodic accruals, cost allocation, and provide support for forecasting. Inventory: Ensure compliance with internal controls and coordinate inventory counting activities. Periodic Standard Cost Price Updates: Support plant BP finance in completing periodic standard cost calculations and perform ad hoc cost price calculations throughout the year. Master Data: Calculate costs for new articles, manage technical parameters in the ERP system (BOMs, routings, scrap levels). What You'll Bring: Master's degree in economics, finance, or business/industrial engineering. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in plant controlling. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability, knowledge of corporate finance, and manufacturing costing principles. Proficient in Dutch and English. Knowledge of SAP, Analysis for Office, or other BI tools is highly appreciated. Pragmatic, result-driven, analytical, accurate, and self-critical approach. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial status to management. Business acumen and intuition for proactive partnership with stakeholders. Ability to learn quickly and adapt. Team player with a constructive and positive approach in a multicultural environment. The main place of employment will be at the Eternit NV plant in Kapelle-op-den-Bos, Belgium, with travelling to the site in Goor (NL) on regular basis (around 20% of time per month). Why join us? Over de functie Voor onze site in Kapelle-op-den-Bos zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Supply Chain Planner met vlotte communicatieskills, een analytische geest en bovendien sterk in probleemoplossend denken. Je start met de volledige coördinatie en organisatie van de aankoop van handelsgoederen/afgewerkte producten bij externe en interne leveranciers. Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor een accuraat stockniveau en voor een tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen om zo aan de vraag van onze klanten te voldoen. Naarmate je je kennis van het bedrijf en onze producten verder ontwikkelt, zijn er mogelijkheden om verantwoordelijkheden rond ruwe materialen en/of productieplanning op te nemen. Organisatie & coördinatie van handelsgoederen (toebehoren van externe leveranciers, afgewerkte producten van interne leveranciers) om tijdige beschikbaarheid van de juiste materialen aan onze klanten te garanderen. Organisatie & coördinatie van ruwe materialen (grondstoffen, verf) Opvolgen en bestellen van materialen. Opvolgen en verwerken van geplaatste orders. Ontvangsten verzorgen van de geleverde materialen. Beheren en up-daten van gegevens/masterdata in SAP, B2Wise. Informeren van de diverse stakeholders bij wijziging, bestellingen, tekorten, etc. Samenwerken met interne stakeholders, nmlk. aankoop, logistiek, productie Opmaken en aanpassen van de productieplanning om tijdige beschikbaarheid van de juiste materialen aan onze klanten te garanderen. Opmaken en aanpassen van de wekelijkse productieplanning voor diverse machines, rekening houdend met de voorraad, verkooporders, machinebezetting en lange termijn planning. Opstellen van productieorders om zo alle klantorders te bevestigen en safety stock voor de voorraadartikels aan te houden. Deelnemen aan planningsvergaderingen met het oog op het bijsturen van de productieplanning. Opmaken van verschillende rapporteringen i.v.m. voorraadniveau, productie-orders, productie-accuracy, etc. incl communicatie naar management Informeren van customer service bij aanpassing van productieplanning en tekort aan materialen Beheer van master data van de materialen (bv: lead times, safety stock levels etc.) in SAP Over jou Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in een relevante studierichting.  Je beschikt reeds over een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.  Nederlands spreek je vloeiend en je hebt een goede kennis Engels. Je bent nauwkeurig, een problem solver en vlotte communicator. MS Office heeft voor jou geen geheimen. Ervaring met SAP, BEX, B2wise is mooi meegenomen.
